Ingredients

Instructions

1- Sauté:

  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Season with onion powder and spicy Italian seasoning.

2- Tomato Mixture:

  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the pot.
  • Stir well and let the mixture cook for a couple of minutes until the tomatoes soften.

3- Broth and Cream:

  • Pour in the chicken broth. Let it come to a gentle simmer.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and flour until smooth.

4- Combine:
