Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Add the chicken breasts to a pot of water, seasoning them generously with Creole seasoning and Spicy Italian Blend.
  • Boil the chicken until it’s fully cooked and then shred it using two forks.

2- Cook Vegetables:

  • In a separate pot, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onions, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
  • Sauté until they become soft and fragrant.

3- Mix Ingredients:

  • Add the tomato paste and water to the vegetable mixture, stirring well to combine.
  • Toss in the shredded chicken and mix thoroughly to ensure the flavors meld together.

4- Prepare Tortillas:

  • Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
