Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
2- Cook Pasta:
- Cook the lasagna pasta strips according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a sheet of parchment paper to cool.
3- Prepare the Cream Sauce:
- In the same frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

4- Assemble the Rollups:
