Ingredients

🍝 300g Penne Pasta
🍗 2 Chicken Breasts, sliced
🌶️ 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
🌶️ 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
🌶️ 1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
🧅 1 Onion, sliced
🌿 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
🧄 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon Jerk Seasoning (to taste)
🌿 1 teaspoon Kinder's Seasoning (to taste)
🌶️ 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Creole Seasoning (to taste)
🫒 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
🧄 2 cloves Minced Garlic
🥛 1 cup Heavy Cream
🧀 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions

1- Prep the Ingredients:

• Cut all the vegetables, including the yellow, red, and orange bell peppers, as well as the onion, into thin slices.

2- Season the Chicken:

• In a large bowl, add sliced chicken breasts. Season them with onion powder, garlic powder, jerk seasoning, Kinder's seasoning, and Slap Ya Mama Creole seasoning. Toss well to coat evenly.

3- Cook the Chicken:

• Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

4- Sauté the Vegetables:

• Add the minced garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the skillet with the chicken. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and translucent, around 5-7 minutes.

5- Prepare the Sauce:

• Reduce the heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring it into the chicken and vegetables. Season to taste with additional jerk seasoning as desired.
