Ingredients

For the Chicken:

Instructions

1- Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, mix milk, hot sauce, pickle juice, Sweet Applewood Flavored Seasoning, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, and Kinder's All-Purpose Seasoning.
  • Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

2- Prepare the Coating:

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, corn starch, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, and Kinder's All-Purpose Seasoning.

3- Dredge the Chicken:

  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge in the flour mixture, pressing down to ensure an even coating.

4- Fry the Chicken:

  • Heat oil in a frying pan until hot.
  • Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5- Make the Sauce:

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add brown sugar, hot sauce, and honey. Stir and simmer until the mixture thickens slightly.

6- Assemble the Sliders:
